Goal:
**1. Position**
- Title: Regional Solution Engineer.
- Reporting: Directly to Head of Technical and Operation
- Main office location: Singapore

**2. General Profile**

Career:

- 2 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office features
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, verbal communication in multiple languages/dialect will be an added advantages
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or AUTOCAD will be an added advantage

- Adaptive to project based requirement

Certificates
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experiences without the required educational portfolio can be considered.

**3. Responsibilities**
- Coaching and guidance will be provided under the Data Centre Expert to deliver technical/engineering support to customers
- Basic understanding and working knowledge with Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering
- Be able to understand construction drawing, single line diagram and schematic diagram to prepare the necessary tender breakdown/bill of material/RFQ/RFP/RFI
- Attend to customer enquiries, understand their pain points and propose solution best suited for the deployment
- Maintain strong, productive and collaborative working relationship across all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Business Development, Finance)
- Conduct presentation customers physically and virtually
- Perform product demonstration to customers, partners in exhibition/events in Singapore and regionally
- Make site visits to assess requirements, constraints and situation
- Learn from experience and able to focus on solving issues on site
- Regional travel to Asia Pacific are required
