We are seeking a Solution Sales Engineer Director to join our global sales team. What you will do: Provide sales leadership with technical support throughout the sales process. Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs' technical managers. Document complete solutions (via diagrams and descriptions) including RAN and other components, highlighting product benefits. Stay updated on industry technology trends through self-study and formal training. Act as a regional subject matter expert for our products and industry trends. Communicate customer requirements clearly to our development, implementation, and support teams. Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement. Support regional and global sales and marketing targets. Maintain and develop relationships with key technical stakeholders and new MNO clients. What you should have: At least 10+ years of professional experience in Solution Sales Engineering working with MNOs. Deep understanding of Radio Access Networks, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G technologies. Extensive knowledge of the cellular network industry, particularly MNOs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with technical executives and preparing high-quality presentations and proposals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to meet clients in the region.
