**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**
- Managing & ordering the entire inventory for the MS Team, including but not limited to:

- Vaccines & Medication(s)
- Consumables for Mobile Services’ products
- Maintenance and upkeep of inventory such as event / onsite equipment, furniture and IT equipment
- Keeping and maintaining an inventory log to ensure the team is adequately equipped
- Onsite setup & teardown for events/onsite activation
- Ensuring Doctors & Nurses bags are packed for cases
- Arranging of transport for event staff for onsite setup and tear down as well as the mobile team
- Assisting in onsite support for various stations when necessary
- Support the Mobile Services Manager in various tasks such as manpower management, deployment of staff across various projects and training of staff to ensure they are cross-functional.
- Provide backend reports for projects where necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**About you**
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain & logistics/similar industry required. Other similar work experiences will be considered
- Prior experience in customer service with a proven track record in planning, organisation and coordination required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language to communicate with various patient profiles
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite Tools, especially MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
