As the Sales and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Additionally, you will lead the digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence, engage with customers, and drive online sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership, coaching, and support to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and retail operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales andb marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
