**The role we are hiring for**

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Mobile Services who will help manage the day to day operations of the Mobile Services team, including but not limited to reviewing and assigning cases, managing inventory and auditing of case logs.

This role reports directly to the Manager, MobileServices.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Support Manager, Mobile Services to oversee Mobile Service operations
- Coordinate with vendors for transportation and on-sites events
- Review and assign daily cases to Mobile Service team members
- Assist in handling complex cases, including escalation of complaints and disputes. This includes ensuring that the Clinical Governance team and VP, Operations is aware of any escalation cases.
- Manage vaccine & consumables inventory
- Audit case logs and CHAS claims
- Support in recruitment and training of new Mobile Service team members including Mobile Nurses
- Implement departmental policies, procedures and service standards under direction of the Manager, Mobile Services
- Review RFPs for new projects with Manager, Mobile Services and ensure successful execution with the team
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with minimum 3-5 years' working experience in the healthcare industry with at least 2 years experience managing a team
- Experience in home-based and/or onsite medical services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the needs of a diverse group of patients
- Ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
