**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Represent customer service team to ensure Color Materials business needs are met.
- Ensure a high degree of customer focus in all order-to-cash activities (e.g. customer management, export order management etc.) and maintain good co-operation and communication with sales team, planning team and other support functions.
- Perform End-to-End order-to-cash management with agreed service level.
- Liaise and work with different regional Supply Chain management, business and other supporting function to review and drive the improvement of operations, processes, and organization to align with business strategy.
- Develop related KPI and monitor the performance.
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with guidance on issues and regular performance-related feedback.
- Team engagement and retention strategy and implementation.
- Ensures that employees are trained to fulfil the assigned tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Education: minimum Degree holder in Supply Chain
- Working Experience: at least 5~10 years of customer service related experience
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain processes is required; with in-depth understanding of the detailed processes and procedures of different order management in the fulfillment of customers’ orders. Well versed with SAP system (S&D module) and order to cash processes.
This position requires a high level of administrative, organization and co-ordination skills in overall supply chain management.
