Customer Service Team Lead

Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work, provides leadership and coaching / Training
- Internal audit of team members’ performance
- Assist and report to Customer Service & Fulfilment Manager
- Back up for Processing of sales/Delivery Orders and phone-manning
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinates and distributes work, monitors workloads and backlogs and makes necessary adjustments
- Plans and conduct OJT for the customer service team
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Job Requirement**:
- At least Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot table, Data analysis
- Experience in managing a team will be a plus
- Quality assurance auditing will be a plus
- Training will be provided
