**Front Desk & Patient Experience**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with their inquiries.
- Facilitate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure service recovery.
- Provide clear information on clinic services, procedures, and pricing.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in preparing reports and handling general administrative duties.

**Service Excellence & Engagement**
- Proactively identify areas for improving the patient experience.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and service quality standards.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and clinic management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages/dialects are a plus).
