**Roles and Resposibilities**
- Reformation of Performance Appraisal system for employee performance evaluation and establish an optimal evaluation system.
- Analyse and review the salary benchmarking system in the group office in the Asia Pacific region based on the practice Japan HQ Kyocera practice and the Kyocera’s standard of process and evaluation philosophy.
- To coordinate and expedite the M&A project, especially in the area of HR (Due Diligence, Organisational Integration, Salary and Remuneration optimization, Business process and operation Analysis).
- To review the internal practice ensuring the compliances concerni remuneration and treatment in response to labour laws in countries of Asia Pacific region.
- Integration with the Legal and Compliance Department and T&D Department to implement the incorporation of the local rules and regulations to company mandatory internal training.
- In cooperation with the Legal Department, the introduction of compliance, and anti-fraud education (Anti-Competition Law, Anti-Corruption Law, etc.).
- To provide the T&D for Kyocera Philosophy education, to establish training system with a med to the long-term perspective that is linked to the evaluation system, such as education by job levels linked to the evaluation system, and promotion qualifications.
- To organise, prepare and coordinate for the Board of Directors Meeting (BOD) and Operational Meeting twice a year. Consolidate reports and documents for the meeting.
- Prepare translation of the documents/reports to HQ Top Management, corresponding to corporate divisions in HQ, such as Corporate Division Group, HR, and other related divisions.
- To liaise with HQ HR in relation to the Expatriate staff support station in the group office of the Asia Pacific region.
**Requirement**
- At least 6 years of Human Resources experience which are in regional function and 3 years are in Japanese Firm.
- Good knowledge in labour law and experience in handling labour law-related matters in the countries of Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India
- Familiar with compliances (e.g. Immigration laws, Personal Data Protection Act, Personal income tax rules) in Asia Pacific - Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India)
- Good English speaking and writing to communicate not only internally but also with the counter person in our parent company or group company worldwide.
- Good communication skill. Able to convert clear and concise message to the Management, team members / key stakeholders and keeping others informed of the progress.
- Meticulous and detailed orientated. Able to organize and maintain HR records, reports to senior management.
- Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other office HR members from Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India.
- Good in problem-solving while exhibiting good judgement and logic.
