We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Trade Business Manager to spearhead the global expansion of our premium aromatherapy and fragrance product line. This pivotal role is based in Singapore and focuses on developing and expanding our international market presence, particularly across Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution channels in Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in target regions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with international clients, agents, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies for different markets.
- Monitor and analyze international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
- Coordinate logistics, shipment, and supply chain management to ensure smooth international transactions.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market trends and customer preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in international trade, preferably in the fragrance, aromatherapy, or related FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of global markets, especially Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic international environment.
