Leading renowned organisation in the education sector and is looking for a Director of Learning & Talent Management, up to SGD18,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a Director of Learning & Talent Management to be part of their team to provide support to employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR COE team as a Director of Learning & Talent Management with 2 direct reporting. You will provide professional advice regarding Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Talent Management. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders in the design and execution of talent strategy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Strong in L&D, TM and OD related skillset
- Experienced in preparing, facilitating and execution of the career progression needs
- Has brought change and impact to organization; Strategic individual and able to influence stakeholders
