Be part of a top-tier luxury hotel brand with a reputation for excellence Enjoy competitive benefits and work in a dynamic, vibrant environment alongside an experienced leadership team Opportunities for career growth within The Peninsula Hotels Key Accountabilities Develop and implement learning strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring colleagues have the necessary skills to meet the hotel's expectations Design, deliver, oversee, and evaluate training programs, including onboarding, technical skills training, leadership development, and compliance training Work closely with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization Prepare and manage the annual learning and development budget, considering all departments' technical training requirements Monitor performance throughout the hotel and provide guidance on succession planning and continuous team growth Implement talent management strategies to support career development and retention of potentials Support colleagues in delivering exceptional guest service through effective learning initiatives General Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant Learning and Development practical experience in the same capacity (ideally within the luxury hotel segment or luxury retail)5-star hotel or large-scale operation (highly desirable)Strong team leader, applies creativity to work, and highly adaptable Exceptional personal presentation as this role will be a brand ambassador Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency and respect for Japanese culture strongly preferred We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
