**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new real estate investment and development opportunities across China
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including developers, investors, government agencies, and financial institutions
- Lead market research and analysis to support investment decisions and project planning
- Develop and negotiate partnerships, joint ventures, and other business deals
- Support the execution of real estate projects from initial opportunity through development and completion
- Monitor market trends, policies, and regulations relevant to the real estate sector in China
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in investment advisory. Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or the financial sector would be advantageous
- Understanding of the real estate project developmental cycle will be beneficial
- Excellent financial, capital operation, project appraisal and investment decision-making skills
- Good understanding of the laws governing investment practices in China
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with management effectively
- High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin due to coverage requirements
