Monthly payroll administration, include new hire and resignee
- Monthly preparation and submission of CPF
- Prepare monthly GL report to finance
- Yearly preparation & submission of IR8A
- Process IR21 income tax submission, when necessary
- Employee data entry, maintain and update to ensure records are up to date in SAP and Prosoft systems
- Process Government claim submissions including Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity leave, ICT claims etc
- Prepare and submit of statutory surveys and other ad-hoc surveys required
- Administer Company's medical & insurance matters
- Work closely with Taiwan HQ to roll out yearly activities such as Performance Appraisal and other C&B projects
- Propose and administer yearly AI and VB matrix
- Assist in reviewing of C&B policies and procedures
- Assist in recruitment activities
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in full payroll cycle
- Experience in SAP and Prosoft will be added advantages
- Meticulous and figures oriented
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Good knowledge of labour laws
- Good team player
