DESIGNATION : Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Content Publishing) RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage content development projects from start to finish, working with writers, curators, educators, designers, printers and technology developers. This requires a keen understanding of SVAC institutions' content, project scope and strong project management skills. - Adapt, repackage and edit content for various platforms, including print, web, apps and other digital formats. This involves understanding different audience segments and adjusting tone and messaging while maintaining content integrity. - Support National Gallery Singapore and Singapore Art Musuem's digital asset and content management system. - Provide administrative support to the Content Publishing team, including copyright clearance, proofreading and editing. - Perform other tasks as necessary and specific to the role. QUALIFICATIONS - A degree in humanities or social sciences. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. - Meticulous attention to detail and an interest in storytelling. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking; comfortable with complexity and change. - A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and a keen interest in the arts. - No prior experience required, but internship experience in publishing, museums, or content development is a plus.
