**LEAD TO SUCCESS PTE. LTD. **was established in 2021 and has been growing rapidly till today. From a 1-person company, it has grown to an experienced team of passionate individuals. We specialise in B2B consulting to help business owners grow their businesses.

We are looking for someone with the passion and enthusiasm to grow the brand with our current and new clients. You will be responsible for the recommendation, planning, execution and review of marketing initiatives to help our clients meet their marketing goals.

**Job Description:
1. Proficiency in English & Mandarin Speaking

2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services

5. Assist with rate negotiation for freight enquiries and adopt a proactive approach for timely changes in contractual terms and filling rates

6. Any other task assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing
- 2 Years of Working Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare and present formal presentations and use their excellent consultative solution skills to ensure long-term relationship building and meet the business goal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
