**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Unrelenting focus on safety and quality on ground
- Ensure the culture meets quality and safety requirements
- Hold the FLLs accountable for the actions of their teams
- Attend Tier meetings to make sure they are addressing the correct issues
- Lead significant investigations to make sure that root causes are identified followed by appropriate actions
- Review safety and quality investigation trends making sure common themes are addressed
- Build and execute a strategic multi-year plan to ensure the site operates to the highest quality and safety standards
- Track and monitor progress of People-centric strategies through the T3 Continuous Improvement goals, including but not limited to, tracking the talent development plans for high potential colleagues and ensuring that the actions associated with the development are being executed
- Develop and maintain the site strategic master plan incorporating tech transfers, resource planning, ‘bold move’ Continuous Improvements, Long Range Volume Forecast, CAPEX and contemporization
- Ensure CI specialists are working on the appropriate projects to meet site strategic master plan
- Lead the implementation of the Front-Line Leaders Programme
- Provide the Site Leader and SLT with PMO support in site-wide initiatives that are a nexus of Operational, Quality, BEx and people centric strategies
- Ensure effective coaching and mentoring programs are in place (including an associated training capability program for coaching and mentoring), and that coaching, and feedbacks occur across all levels aligned to the IMEx and Servant-Leader models

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- Extensive working experience as a Continuous Improvement Leader or equivalent, and API
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven organizational capability and able to influence across all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement strategies that enable the achievement of business goals
- Strong planning skills with energy and passion supporting strategic change, focusing on Culture and Behaviours
- Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills
- Solid problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills
- Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
