**About the Role**

How cool is that when you get to choose together with the founder when you wish to work from home or complete your tasks in a 46 level sea facing office tower overlooking the majestic Marina Bay area?

How encouraging would you be when you could design your work-life balance together with the founder in line with the business objectives?

Who knows? Perhaps, we could have a TGIF every week where we could share our learning points for the week then go for a team jog downstairs at the Marina Bay area to end the day early with a high note? (Premium Showering facilities provided including Dyson hair dryer)

As a Business Strategy Executive intern, you will directly support the branding, marketing, and end-to-end engagement efforts across the various organisations we engage. Together with the founder, you will also work closely with the external stakeholders to close business deals and ensure the documentation is in order for the services to be provided in line with the business agreements. In short, your executive tasks are to bring business strategies into reality together with the founder.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Branding _
- Co-creation of brand strategies for the company and execute these strategies
- Research and test the receptiveness of branding strategies in the marketplace
- Co-creation of E-commerce websites to boost sales for the company: Explore ways to leverage on other successful existing E-commerce models
- Marketing _
- Research and test go-to-market strategies
- Research and conceptualise marketing campaigns and social media assets to generate sales for the business
- Execute photography and videography recording and editing for marketing purposes such as social media, websites and other forms of marketing material
- Co-design creative ways to convey effective messages to audiences to achieve business goals
- Keep marketing material in good running order and co-innovate new exciting ways to capture audience's attention on the company's products and services

Liaison with various stakeholders
- Maintain good relationship with stakeholders
- Co-explore to forge new relationship with new stakeholders in line with company's vision

**Qualifications**
- Native level written and spoken English
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and be meticulous
- Good at expressing yourself in an authentic yet respectful manner

**Team Structure**:The Business Strategy Executive Intern will work together with of the founder.
