Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Supporting the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions and deliver high-quality post-deployment services to enterprise and SME clients. Ensures that systems are deployed correctly, technical documentation is complete, and customer success is achieved through timely support, issue resolution, and proactive service management Execute technical implementation tasks Develop and maintain technical documentation Deliver post-deployment support Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks Support client training and handover Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence Requirements: Min Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology Technical certifications in networking, cloud or cybersecurity is a plus Min 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs Competent in technical documentation and client communication Responsible and service-oriented Logical problem-solver Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks Kindly email your Resume in MS Words Format to Mr Lex Ong Shee Hean (R ): (NOTE: The following information should be Included in the Resume.
