**Job Overview**

You will be reporting to the Director and providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangement and meetings
- To handle Director’s personal matters
- To coordinate internal and external meetings with business partners, shareholders, clients and others
- To carry out general administrative work
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience
- Prior experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant will be an advantage
- Preferably some knowledge in accounting and property maintenance will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to confidently manage Senior Management
- Meticulous with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Problem-solver and Resourceful
- Able to start immediately/short-notice is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Personal assistant: 3 years (required)

Work Location: One location
