Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about helping things run smoothly? I'm looking for a **Personal Assistant**to support both business and personal matters — someone who’s not afraid to take initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**:

- **Full-Time**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- **Part-Time**: 5 hours/day (flexible within 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)
- Weekends may* be required on an adhoc basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries with professionalism and care
- Support the development and improvement of workflows and processes
- Develop training materials to support team learning
- Manage the company’s administrative tasks
- Enhance operational efficiency across the agency
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Coordinate agency events and team activities
- Provide personal administrative support to the Agency Leader (e.g. booking appointments, personal errands)
- Any other tasks as assigned to support agency goals
- Preferably 21 and above
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with content creation tools
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles is a plus

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,400.00 per month
