MAIN RESPONBILITIES
- First point of contact with internal departments & external vendors/ clients.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reporting to senior management and performing day-to-day secretarial and administrative duties.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Managing databases and filing systems (e.g. expenses)
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Run errands as requested

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and datelines.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
