Institutional Banking Relationship Manager

Join a leading foreign bank in expanding its institutional client portfolio across the region.We are hiring on behalf of our client — a reputable international bank — for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage strong relationships with a range of institutional clients including NBFIs, banks, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds across China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia
- Promote a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, such as fixed deposits, bilateral loans and syndications, CNY settlement, trade finance, and bond issuance
- Identify and acquire new institutional clients to grow the FI/NBFI portfolio
- Support departmental initiatives and undertake other assignments as directed by the Head of Department or senior management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in relationship management or commercial lending within the FI/NBFI segment
- Familiarity with NBFI structures, regulatory environment, and operating models is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and independent working style
- Willingness to travel when required
- **Proficiency in both English and Mandarin**is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese clients
