**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Establish, maintain and deepen relationships with non-bank and bank FIs in the region (eg. India, Indonesia etc) and solicit FI related business.
- Front CTBC Bank to assigned markets and act as the window for inter-FI relations with other FIs.
- Market and secure underwriting mandates for bonds and loans business.
- Manage bilateral UPAS LC Reimbursement Financing and Trade Loans business with counterparties.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with selected Financial Institutions (FIs) in the execution of MRPA and to promote forfaiting business in either 100% assignment type or funded/unfunded risk participation type of transaction.
- To grow investor base to facilitate distribution for loans, bonds and trade assets.
- To manage guarantee / counter-guarantee business and requests from FIs.
- To grow liabilities (deposits) business for the branch.
- Conduct timely periodic reviews of credits extended to banks.
- To perform full KYC and due diligence for bank FIs which CTBC Bank SG Branch has dealings with. Eg, RMA (Swift) relationship, custodian, nostro agents etc
- To coordinate and assist in nostro / custodian account opening and maintenance to support the bank and the branch’s operating requirements.
- To coordinate and assist with bank to bank ISDA / CSA related agreements to facilitate mutual derivative trades between Treasuries of FIs.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:

- Proactive and Marketing orientated
- Strong knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, Syndicated Loans, FI-trade services etc
- Sound credit and financial analysis skills
- Possess market knowledge, network and experience
- Excellent customers’ relationship management
- Good team player
