**What’s on the menu**:

- Lead the planning, development and execution of digital projects across the region, in the fields of eCommerce and/or eHealth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, and develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and make recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor performance of initiatives (commercial, operational, customer experience).
- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve digital operations, make recommendations to leadership and plan project to address those opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in digital business and technology, and make recommendations for future projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Customer-centric mindset, high standards, versatility.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or complex projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing and motivating teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with an understanding of eCommerce and/or eHealth, technology and retail operations a plus.
