Location: Singapore Department: Technical Level: Middle Level Experience: 6 - 7 Years Reporting To: CEO Education: BE/ B.Tech/ MCA Responsibilities: Lead multiple projects ensuring products/deliverables meet specifications and deadlines with minimal supervision. Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior IT and business managers, acting as SPOC throughout all project phases. Manage daily client interactions, translate contracts into project plans, oversee end-to-end delivery, and handle related project office tasks. Manage conflicts, dependencies, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, with plans to mitigate them, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Execute Hybrid and Agile projects, taking on Scrum Master roles when needed. Support users through UAT, product acceptance, and customer support handover. Gain knowledge of Actimize products and data requirements through training, self-study, and engagement with stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Act as liaison between customer and Actimize offices across geographies. Communicate effectively within a global matrix environment to achieve project goals. Create and maintain necessary project artifacts. Manage P&L for all project implementations. Generate professional services revenue from current clients. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience as a customer-facing PM managing complex projects; SaaS experience advantageous. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA preferred. Experience managing medium to large Agile programs, Scrum Master experience beneficial. Experience in external consulting or professional services at an enterprise software vendor. Excellent client relationship skills with a sales orientation. Experience delivering enterprise solutions in the financial services industry, especially in AML, Fraud, or Compliance, is a must. Experience with data-intensive system implementation. Focus on P&L management. Ability to work in a high-energy, time-sensitive environment, balancing internal and external demands. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptable to changing project scopes. Proactive in identifying and resolving technical and delivery issues. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage. Upload Resume (max 2MB) and cover letter.
