DESIGNATION : Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

NE Digital is currently hiring for Project Manager to join the CDTO PMO team and reports tothe Head of PMO.The Project Manager leads and oversees the delivery of cross-domain digitisation initiatives,which are key to execution of NTUC Enterprise digital transformation strategy. The successfulapplicant will also implement a fit-for-purpose project management, including business case,benefit realization and steering mechanisms ensuring strategic alignment and effectiveexecution.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver key digital transformation projects and initiatives on Group and Social Enterpriselevel, from definition to closure.
- Conducts all project management activities/tasks to ensure schedule, benefit/cost, andquality goals are achieved.
- Lead the project and business teams through integration testing and UAT; manage andresolve test defects.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in atimely and clear fashion.
- Ensure effective vendor management to meet stakeholder expectations for projectdelivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Mandatory requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management and BusinessGovernance.
- Hands on experiences of Agile and Waterfall projects to deliver the best practice projectmanagement methodologies, tools and processes. PMP / CITPM is a Must.
- Experience in managing vendor project teams for project delivery in fast-paced tech-driven organisations.
- Expertise in one of IT domains (e.g. SAP, Online Apps, Software).
- Proven leadership, analytical skills and strong attention to relevant details.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management, problem solving anddecision making.
- Excellent communications skills and proven ability to manage senior stakeholderinterests.
