**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day project management and construction activities on the Project to ensure compliance to Project, SFA & FDA and other applicable Regulatory requirements.
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and communicating aspects of project work activities on site from conception to completion.
- Responsible for ensuring all activities on the project are executed in accordance with contract documents, in compliance with system plans, and work procedures for the Project, and will culminate in a validatable facility.
- Coordination / schedule meetings on the daily progress of works on site.
- Primary contact throughout the project and will work side by side with Sub-Contract’s Project Manager & Supervisor to interact with them to obtain the results in a safe working environment. responsible for ensuring that the project stays on schedule, meets safety objectives, and the design will result in a cost-effective facility.
- Evaluate proposals submitted by vendors for the package; followed by tender interviews/clarifications and evaluate re-submissions by vendors.
- Ensuring that installation and start up is in line with process design intent.
- Coordinate engineering design for hook-up and tie-in works of all process systems with the relevant stakeholders, contractors and equipment vendors to meet project requirements and in accordance to the governing Industry Standards and local government code of practices.
- Review documentations submitted by vendor and ensure that all comments are incorporated to meet the design intent of the system for the project.
- Oversee the installation of processing equipment systems to meet the necessary requirements.
- Participate in FAT, SAT and pre-commissioning activities as required.
- Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with CSA/MEP Project Manager and other project teams; reviewing design data; identifying and resolving engineering design issues; identifying short-term and long-range issues; researching and identifying applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes; developing compliance policies.

**Deliverables**
- Construction planning & management to assist the development of the construction phase of the project schedule.
- Coordinate with the clients, Contractors Engineers and Site Manager for the day to day coordination of site activities.
- Chair weekly meetings with contractors to review the project status.
- Monitor work progress against the Master Program between planned and actual completion dates for each scheduled activity.
- Review design for constructability and advise the design team on any issues pertinent to the facility construction.
- Advise the team on construction sequencing and assist in the development of the construction phase of the project schedule.
- Coordinate with Contractors to facilitate delivery on schedule and in a safe & environmentally friendly manner
- Prepare Tender Recommendation Report.
- Assist development of process P&ID’s and review design, construction and as built issues.
- Participate in process HAZOPs reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- Previous experience in a role of Project Manager leading a project multidiscipline team, with FEED, detailed design, construction & handover experience
- Minimum 8 years direct Project Management experience managing EPC or EPCM in the food & beverages related projects
