DESIGNATION : Project and Change Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring for a** Project and Change Manager** to join the CDTO PMO team and reports to the Head of PMO.
The Change Manager delivers and oversees delivery of cross-domain digitisation initiatives, which are key to execution of NTUC Enterprise digital transformation strategy. The successful applicant will also drive a fit-for-purpose Project Management, drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with world class Change Management methodologies.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.
- Lead/facilitate meetings with internal customers and work closely with project managers to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and vendor management.
- Interconnect project delivery with powerful change management.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Mandatory requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project and Change Management.
- Solid understanding of Change Management practices (formal framework knowledge preferred)
- Hands on experiences of Agile and Waterfall projects to deliver the best practice, tools and processes. PMP / CITPM is Plus.
- Experience in fast-paced tech-driven organisations.
- Expertise in one of IT domains (e.g. Online, Applications, SAP).
- Analytical skills and strong attention to relevant details.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
