**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for a capable individual who has a passion to help people in driving and adapting changes in the organization. As part of the Global Operation Change function, the business implementation manager will be supporting the operations team to assess and validate the IT solution, establish business processes and controls to be ready to support business launch.

**The team**

The APAC Operations Change team works closely with our businesses, other change functions and technology to drive strategic change and new business enablement.

**What you’ll do**

As the Project Manager at Schroders, you will play a key role to support the business expansion and enablement for the Operation functions to undertaking project planning, detailed analysis on business requirements, co-ordination of business validation and establishing operational governance, processes, infrastructure to enable the change or new business.
- Work with Operations stakeholders to prioritize change through cost and benefit analysis, collation, and validation of business requirements
- Management the full project life cycle of the assigned/prioritized initiatives through project initiation to business adoption of the change delivered for Operations.
- Establish and reinforce open and effective communication between Operations business clients, IT partners, vendors, central programme teams and other departments to deliver the Operations scope.
- Deliver the project in time and in quality to meet business objectives. Establish project cadence and governance framework in alignment with the program, providing regular stakeholders status update and highlight key delivery risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation actions / owners identified.
- Ownership of Project artefacts and outputs to global Workstream initiative standards

This role will report into the APAC Head of Ops Change to provide PMO support covering
- Production of monthly status reporting by consolidating the change initiatives
- Maintain the APAC Ops Change community site
- Represent APAC Ops Change for annual Risk & Control Assessment
- Provide guidance in change governance and project management artefacts
- Support the planning of monthly team meeting and staff engagement

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Experience in providing guidance in change governance and project management artefacts, reporting of a portfolio of change initiatives and organizing staff engagement and team meetings.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**
- Prior experience in or knowledge of working on Aladdin
- Understand the Asset Management industry and market practice in Asia

- Experience in running with cross functional projects in a virtual environment.
- Possess strong business analytical and problem-solving sills
