Regional Finance Manager

We are looking for a **Regional Finance Manager** to join our growing APAC Corporate Accounting team. This is a remote position in Singapore. This full-time position will be responsible for a broad range of corporate finance responsibilities across the APAC region including the support of local financial accounting and tax reporting, oversight of daily operations for certain APAC entities, preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and more. This individual will report to our Senior APAC Finance Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the local month-end close processes and maintenance of the general ledgers
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting deliverables, including bank reconciliation processes
- Oversight and support of day-to-day finance operations and cash flows of entities within the APAC region
- Prepare, record, and review General Journal entries
- Review and approve invoices, payments, and expenses
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations to ensure an accurate monthly accounting close process, including the review of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounts
- Work with local vendors to assist in the preparation and review of Tax filings and local financial statements
- Work closely with payroll teams to facilitate payroll processing and statutory contributions payments
- Assist with process improvements and automation projects across the region
- Special projects based upon the needs of the finance department

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education/Experience:

- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or equivalent working experience required
- Relevant professional qualifications in finance such as CA/ACCA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred
- Business proficiency in the English language required
- Experience in APAC corporate tax, foreign currency transactions, and in-depth understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Technology-literate, Microsoft Suite and NetSuite experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks
- Ability to take ownership and carry accountability even when working closely together with the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
- Experience in working in multinational/cultural organizations and offshore finance teams is preferred
