We seek a sociable, optimistic, detailed, and dedicated person to ensure that our Workplace Community is running effectively on a day-to-day basis. This includes: - Ensuring peak operations for the Workplace Community - Co-ordinating internal and external resources - Cultivating relationships with vendors - Implementing policies and procedures and - Oversee the planning of and managing all aspects of our events

**Key accountabilities**:

- Oversee staff/ visitors to the workplace and ensure a friendly and warm experience
- Ensure workplace efficiency by maintaining common areas, organising procedures, conducting site tours, handling correspondences and enquiries, and accurately tracking the supplies inventory and expenses of the workplace
- Organise events for patients and staff; manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of a team
- Solicit feedback and work on improvement initiatives for workplace environment
- Provide direct administrative support as required, including scheduling appointments and meetings; ordering supplies for the Workplace Community; updating contacts database and employee lists, etc
- Undertake any additional tasks/projects as assigned by superiors

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Professional/ Educational Qualifications
- With at least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality in Business
- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a multinational hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Able to respond and resolve issues at hand
- Proactive approach in service provision
- Well-groomed and self-confident

- Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Business Writing
