Job PurposeThe role is crucial for providing ongoing support the Master in Public Administration and Management (MPAM) programme from admission to programme administration.

1. **Programme Administration**
Assist in the full spectrum of programme activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes organizing programme events, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing student support, arranging site visits, and more.

2. **Admissions and Scholarship Administration**
Provide administrative support during admissions exercise to ensure smooth operation of all processes and the timely resolution of any arising issues.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Preferrably someone who possess 2 to 5 years of work experience in Academic and Admission admistration. Those with experience working with international students at a post-graduate level will be a bonus.
2. The MPAM programme is conducted fully in Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese is a must. Simple translation between English and Chinese is required.
4. Familiarity with various systems such as Ariba, MS Teams, ZOOM, and Qualtrics.
5. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
7. Fast learner with a positive work attitude who is comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Note: The role requires support for various initiatives, such as during peak admission periods and the Programme Valedictory Dinner, which requires flexibility to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends, occasionally.
