**FP&A Director, Work Dynamics APAC**
**Asia Pacific - Singapore**

Reporting to Head of Finance, Work Dynamics APAC, this person will lead a team of FP&A personnel to standardize and centralize processes to provide business insights and analysis for Business.

**What this job involves**:
**Planning and Strategy**
You will develop a solid understanding of the WD business model and work closely with Global WD FP&A team in designing a Finance wide performance management framework. This involves developing KPI dashboards for WD Executives and Business Leaders containing business metrics and targets and KPIs consistent across the region. You will also be performing key financial variance analysis and participate in projects to automate the reports into business intelligence tools to facilitate self-help reports for the key stakeholders.

**Business Partnering**
You are expected to provide business insights and recommendations to Head of Finance and business partners in support of business KPIs especially on managing the WD Function team’s cost. You will participate actively in FP&A global projects, with increased focus on geo and client profitability.

**Budget and Forecasts**
Managing a team of FP&A personnel under you, you will work alongside WD regional business partners to assist in the preparation of all business forecasts, liaise with regional and global FP&A team ensuring consistency while meeting different regional and global requirements. You will manage ad-hoc FP&A requests and queries from leadership team. You will participate and support the implementation of any new financial/planning systems that are being rolled out.

**Financial Analysis**
You and your team will be accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports at WD APAC level and provide business insights to management reports. You are responsible for providing, maintaining and analysing internal and external financial trends including competitors’ analysis. Overall, you will proactively seek to resolve daily financial and operational issues as well as perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
