Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the forecasting needs of our G&A operating expenses for the Asia Pacific region. You will be a business partner for our IT, Finance, Human resources, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory functions. You will collaborate closely with the APAC leadership functional leads, Corporate FP&A team and market finance leads across the region. This individual-contributor position will report to the Regional FP&A Director and will preferably, be based in Singapore. **In this role, you will**: - Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Latest Estimate (LE) for G&A and Capex - Prepare timely and accurate financial information/monthly reporting commentary package to management - Work closely with the market finance leads for consolidation of APAC financial results - Perform month end activities i.e. accruals, operating expense and average selling price (ASP) variance analysis as well as quarterly fluxes - Work closely with the revenue team to understand promotional programs and assess impact to our ASP - Support corporate driven projects for the region i.e. new planning tool, finance data lake - Maintain chart of accounts and validate cost center segment for SOX compliance - Identify and optimise process enhancements for FP&A activities - Perform forecast data upload in planning system (Planful) - Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned **In this role, you’ll need**: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant - At least 3+ years relevant experience - Agile, results oriented, customer focused - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Proficient in MS excel and power point. Familiar with SAP system, SAP BI - Hands on with great eye for detail - Strong sense of curiosity, is pro-active and resilient with willing-to-learn spirit - Possess work experiences in multinational company environment, with ability to operate in a matrix environment and across diverse cultures - Self-motivated with an inquisitive mind who seeks to continuously improve existing processes - Deadline oriented - Acts with integrity and fairness with high standards of accountability **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
