Responsibilities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for the AP region, establishing clear inputs, outputs, and timetables to support informed decision‐making. Provide support to the AP Senior FP&A Regional Leader to deepen understanding of sales pipeline, revenue, contract pricing, projects, and customer profitability. Actively review projects with F&O and CRM controllers, ensuring all expenses are charged to the project and backlog maintenance is accurate. Help improve AP region performance by driving cost chargeability and utilization, following up on A/R and tracking project performance in Power BI. Serve as a Finance Business Partner to other team members within Corporate Controlling, providing data and analytics for deep financial planning insights. Plan, execute, and lead special projects requiring cross‐functional engagement with external stakeholders, controlling project activities to meet objectives. Support M&A activities, executing financial and operational matters from due diligence to post‐acquisition integration. Collaborate with the AP Senior FP&A Regional Leader on financial matters, ad‐hoc requests, proposals, and tenders, implementing and coordinating economic analysis and identifying KPI and profit drivers. Qualifications Accredited university degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Experience in FP&A and project costing, with professional services experience an advantage. Exceptional command of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable) and advanced PowerPoint, Excel (macros, PivotTables) and Power BI skills. Hands‐on, pragmatic ability to translate theoretical knowledge into business reality. Team player focused on results and collaboration with strong commercial acumen and business strategy understanding. Excellent financial communication tailored for senior leaders, able to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across global teams. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and attention to detail, capable of working with large datasets in a fast‐paced environment. Organized, structured, results‐driven with the ability to cope with changing priorities and to work independently as part of a team.
