We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **FP&A Analyst**to support our financial planning and analysis efforts across the ASEAN region. You will play a key role in regional financial consolidation and provide timely, data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of monthly region consolidation
- Review subsidiaries’ monthly management reports and work with subsidiaries’ finance leads to understand business drivers
- Assist with the preparation of cyclical FP&A deliverables such as monthly financial analysis to assess the region’s performance against budget/re-forecast and quarterly board paper (in Excel, PowerPoint, or other electronic mediums)
- Assist with region budgeting and forecast
- Assist with year-end closing process such as reviewing subsidiaries’ draft audited financial statements, reviewing audit adjustments for finalization, impairment assessments
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as for executing continuous process improvement

**Qualification**:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

**Experience & Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Accounting
- FP&A and consolidation experience is a plus
- Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical, analytical skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, with strong initiative; flexible and adaptable.
- High energy, ownership, and commitment to delivering results
