Proposal Director Work Dynamics APAC
Asia Pacific - SGP/HKG/AUS/IND/PHL

Providing Proposals leadership, management, writing and development to support the continuous evolution of the business and its Sales strategy.

Duties & responsibilities
Responsible for managing and assisting in the continuous evolution of the business and its Sales strategy, responding to requests for proposals and presentations and management of renewals.

**General**:
Assisting with the formulation and execution of growth strategies focusing on winning business, key clients, thought leadership events and exploiting new growth areas

Assisting in the generation of new client prospects through industry engagement

**Proposal Leadership**:As directed by the Head of Proposals & Solutions APAC**:
Provide leadership, strategy and proposal/solution design throughout the BD process, for all new opportunities and for renewals of existing contracts in a competitive environment

Take ownership of Proposals including liaising with clients

Engage with all organisational SMEs to ensure that contribution is provided

Contribute to and manage writing content

**Proposal Management**:
Develop Proposal programs and identify necessary resources

**Basic Proposal Management responsibilities including**:
Management of clarification/ addenda processes

Capture and distilling of information

Management of bid lodgement and governance

Kick off + go/no go process

Create Proposal strategies and identify, capture and develop win themes

Champion proposal best practice

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working both independently and with other proposals professionals

Understand competitive landscape and seek to positively differentiate Proposal offer

Ensure alignment to internal processes and obtain approvals in timely manner

Submit consistently high quality, customer focused tender responses within allocated time frame

Coordinate internal and independent reviews in line with Proposal program

Monitor continuous improvement and development opportunities

Work with creative teams to enhance visual impact of tender responses / presentations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with business and technical stakeholders

Work with knowledge management team to maintain Proposal library and other relevant business development collateral

Support global sales enablement programs to enhance sales productivity

**Proposal Writing and Development**:
Complete Proposal responses according to set standards regarding structure, order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology

Demonstrated ability to develop both business and technical content and adjust documentation language according to target audiences

Prepare additional materials including presentation decks, clarification responses and Best and Final Offers

**Proposal Projects**:
Work on, or lead Proposal-related projects, from inception through to completion, including for example:
Baseline library/ knowledge management

Account Summary and Case Study document generation

**WD Proposal Program**:
Drive business growth

Build robust systems, processes and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all pursuits and Proposals

Develop and strengthen key SME relationships to ensure quality content extraction and base line library compilation

Improve overall Proposal win rate

Improve based on feedback from win/loss debriefs

Performance objectives
