Remuneration and Package Position Summary As a member of the APAC FP&A function, she/he assists the Sr. FP&A Manager in completing the strategic and operational initiatives. She/he will contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting by developing yearly allocation and monthly phasing for the annual budgets and multi-year AOP plans and the evolution of our financial & business processes to support and increasingly complex ecosystem. Serve as a contributor providing clear understanding and evaluations on allocation; a key liaison and partner to cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights. Ensure that the businesses provide the "right numbers, on time, with no surprises" to both Group and to the Regional office. Ensure quality business partnering with the BUs and local markets. Job Description **Financial Planning & Analysis** - Assist the Sr. FP&A Manager on the APAC regional 3/5 Year-Plan, Budget, and forecast processes. - Assist the Sr. FP&A Manager to develop common interface/reports with other business functions for timely tracking of the actual spending vs AOP / latest forecast, thus improving efficiency effective performance management. - Assist the Sr. FP&A on APAC monthly reporting process including in-depth business analytics. - Contribute to the APAC regional strategy, sharing best practices within the region and globally and proactively participating in global and regional projects where appropriate. - Be a member in driving the culture of Excellence and Transparency both within the regional FP&A team and local markets. - Assist the Sr. FP&A Manager on all key projects and change management initiatives. **Business partnering / Allocation support** - Support decision-making through the development of allocation/depletion models for AOP/BUD/LEs, provide insight into the allocation and depletion, foresee upcoming risks and opportunities, and mitigation solutions. - Develop and maintain the yearly tracking and monthly phasing of APAC regional allocation to local markets. - Support regional allocations and supply, closely linked with the global team. - Support APAC and global projects as required. Skills and Experience **To succeed in this role**: - Excellent communication skills and enjoys working cross-functionally. - Highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive approach. - Strong commercial acumen and strategic mind set. - Excellent project management skills. - Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external) **The preferred background, experiences and competencies for the role as follows**: - A minimum of 6 years' experience in Finance and accounting. - University degree in finance/accounting - Strong analytical and business modelling skills. - Solid technical competence and / or knowledge of accounting rules. - Experience and skills working within accounting systems (SAP experience desirable) and reporting systems (BW /BI /IBM PA desirable). - Experience in ad skills in managing different cultures successfully and a positive track record of building highly motivated teams. - A strong track record of defining direction for a business unit and driving through delivery. - Spirits industry experience would be advantageous.
