**POSITION: SENIOR EXECUTIVE, GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations, including adherence to MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirements for the MAS-regulated entity
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks across business units
- Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance issues
- Handle all employee life cycle processes and documentation, including contracts, promotions, transfers, and resignations
- Coordinate and manage annual performance appraisal cycles, training needs analysis, and development plans
- Mentor and guide a junior HR executive in daily operations and professional development
- Assist in general office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and service contracts
- Cover reception duties including but not limited to, ensuring smooth visitor handling, call management, and front desk operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual company Dinner & Dance for approximately 500 staff and guests, including venue sourcing, theme and program planning, vendor management, emcee coordination, budget monitoring, and on-site event logistics
- Coordinate the Singapore International Ferrous Week (SIFW) events, attended by over 1,400 local and international guests, including:

- Opening Ceremony - work with internal departments and external stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, and venue partners to manage guest invitations, registration, seating, protocol, stage flow, logistics, and creation of electronic direct mailers (EDMs)
- Welcome Dinner - collaborate with stakeholders to organize a large-scale corporate networking dinner; manage guest list, table planning, VIP arrangements, vendor coordination, logistics, and EDM creation
- Singapore Green Steel Forum - coordinate with internal and external parties to arrange speakers and panelists, plan agenda and content, manage delegate communications, technical setup, logistics, and electronic direct mailers
- Liaise across departments and with external partners to ensure alignment, timely coordination, and successful execution of all major events and HR initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks and projects as assigned by senior management
