Our client is a well-known semiconductor equipment manufacturer. This role of a Logistics Specialist (1-year Contract) is to be responsible for Warehouse Operation.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Working with 3PL & overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Lead and managed warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification
- Coordinate with Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers/Sales/Field Engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- ** Requirement**:

- At least Diploma in Business or Logistics related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel Operation
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Team Player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Required Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
