Join to apply for the Transport Specialist role at ST Logistics The Transport Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for the safe, efficient and on‐time delivery of cargos. He/She is required to load, move and unload cargo, goods or products, and support replenishment activities. Being part of a team, he/she supports transportation operations and is also required to be familiar with specialised handling procedures, where applicable. Job Function Warehouse & Cold Chain Management Job Responsibilities Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders Participate in a value‐based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation Adhere to organisation's governance, compliance issues and reporting processes Adhere to organisation's data governance and protection processes Work with allocated resources within business activities Apply operational policies, standards and procedures Perform basic risk assessment Support the department in incident or crisis management initiatives Perform continuous improvement activities Apply environmental protection procedures Perform activities to improve quality of logistics services Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements Perform safety and health risk assessment Report WSH incidents Highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes Assist application of latest technology to improve operations in own work areas Operate technology or electronic tools and devices Perform transport operations within resources and cost allocation Perform delivery and pick‐up operations Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements Perform maintenance of transportation facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers Operate heavy transportation vehicles Operate cargo‐lifting and rigging equipment Operate lorry crane Perform cargo or material‐handling security procedures Perform acceptance of cargo according to industry standards or sector requirements Apply methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods Apply methods and techniques to handle time and temperature‐sensitive cargo Perform cargo consolidation activities Perform transhipment and transloading operations Job Requirements Possess relevant driving licence & 1–2 years of driving experience (preferred)Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience Min N levels. 1 to 2 years of experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‐time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
