Job Description:
**Immediate 2 months Temp required for client at Tai Seng**

**HR**
- Handle the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions (e.g. recruitment matters, staff confirmation, performance appraisal management, insurance matters, claims/leave, etc) ensuring compliance to the HR policies and procedures
- Processing the Employee Life Cycle documentation (New Staff Appointment, On-Boarding, Confirmation, Termination cum Exit Interviews and conducting new hire orientation etc)
- Assist with policies, processes and systems improvement and implementation
- Liaise with training providers and handle training administration
- Process Staff payroll and timely updates all date into Payroll system, including new employee creation for payroll processing.
- Maintain a proper filing for documents system within HR team, ensuring complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, legislation and regulations to ensure the company fully complies with their provisions
- Participate in the planning and coordination of employee relations and employee engagement activities

**Admin and IT Support**
- Coordinate and work closely with IT vendor for Basic IT Support for laptop and office network issues and other adhoc enquiries
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities. (Office security access, Pantry, cleanliness and etc.)
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
- Flight and Hotel arrangements for staff travelling
- Sourcing and Painting of Marketing/Office materials
- Perform other queries in timely manner and work on other HR and admin adhoc projects or special assignments as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2 to 3 years of experience in full spectrum of Human Resources
- Min. Diploma in HRM/ Degree in Business Management/Human Resources disciplines or its equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices
- Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, with an eye for details
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
