**What to Expect**

**What You'll Do**
- Provide support to the team on C&B programs and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to execute employee C&B communication strategies.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and the administration of C&B programs, including data management, processing, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to drive robust understanding of compensation philosophies, policies and practices among different stakeholders.
- Leverage on external best practices to plan and administer employee Benefits, Wellbeing and Employee Recognition programs and policies in the region, to deliver an exceptional and consistent employee experience.
- Manage external relationships with key vendors to drive visibility and ensure effective administration and delivery of C&B programs.
- Stay current on all emerging regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

**What You'll Bring**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management/Analytics or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau experience is a plus.
- Possess a high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.
- Solution and client service-oriented, with a strong emphasis on problem solving.
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to interact with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
