The Patient Service Associate (PSA) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support at Breast Friend Surgery & Wellness. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

In addition to administrative duties, you will take on clinical responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience in breast health care. You will assist healthcare professionals in patient consultations, procedures, specimen management, and contribute directly to patient care, allowing you to enhance your clinical knowledge and play a key role in improving patient outcomes.

You will gain in-depth knowledge of clinic operations, support healthcare providers, and ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your contributions will help create a supportive, efficient environment for both patients and staff while offering the chance to develop specialised skills in breast health.

Qualifications:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent
- A recognised Certificate in Health Care would be advantageous
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in computer skills, including: Word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
- Basic cloud computing (e.g. Google Drive)
- Clinic Management System (e.g. Plato, Clinic Assist)
- Data Entry
- Instant Messaging
- Familiarity with operating systems: MacOS
- Familiarity with clinic operations and knowledge of medical terminology will be advantageous.
- Pleasant disposition and a customer-oriented approach to deliver exceptional service to patients.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per month

- 13th month salary
