**Summary of Position**:The Events & Sales Associate will be involved in live event preparation, set up and execution, facilitation of online events, assisting with client enquiries and engaging them in the sales process. Our events cover parenting and personal finance topics, and are conducted either live in-person or online.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- For live in-person events, set up and execute events, assisting with preparatory tasks or any other duties where needed
- For online events, facilitate and manage events as required to ensure client satisfaction
- Engage clients in the sales process and demonstrate accurate, comprehensive product knowledge
- Maintain accurate customer profile records as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about selling in an enjoyable and non-pushy way
- Keen to learn how to sell more effectively both in-person and online
- Past experience in events and/or sales position is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, fast learner and can work with mínimal supervision
- Team player who has the ability to function well both independently and collaboratively
- High degree of professionalism in terms of appearance, attitude and action
- Must be available on selected weeknights and weekends dependent on event schedule

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
