JC Florals & Wedding is an events styling company. We aspire to bring our artistic creativity and design aesthetics to concoct Beautiful Blooms and Enchanting Venue display of your dreams.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a well-rounded and passionate team player to join us
- Project manage for upcoming events and scheduling timeline
- Assist in floral styling, décor creation under the guidance of Creative Director
- Source and liaise with suppliers, printers, movers and delivery etc
- assist in-house photoshoots to create content (photos and videos) for social media channels Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu
- Manage and schedule postings for the brand’s social media feed and website update (WIX)
- Create collaterals for ADs, visual decks and digital mockups under the guidance of Creative Director
- Assist in keeping stocks and maintain a good system of florals and decor in our Studio (visually pleasant and yet still easy to find stocks)
- Enjoy getting hands-on to help in preparation works for weddings & events setups (involving flowers, balloons, etc)
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties required by the team

**Requirements**:

- Interest in Floristry, Arts, and Fashion preferred
- Some experience in floral design / fashion design / styling is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Social Media (Instagram, Tiktok. Pinterest, Xiao Hong Shu).
- Proficient in using photo editing software, Photoshop, Procreate is a bonus
- Meticulous and organised. Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

This a part-time position open to a flexible arrangement, for a start will require 3 half-days and ad hoc days (usually weekends) when there are events.

For event setups, able to work on weekends and sometimes late hours (evening to night, etc.) Night transport will be reimbursed.
