About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Social Work Associate. In this full-time role, you will be provide essential social services and support to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Supports financial assessment and applications of financial schemes under supervision of medical social workers (MSWs).
- Assist in initial assessment and basic case management. Performs Information and Referrals function.
- Conducts home visit independently or joint visit with MSWs or Home Care team where necessary.
- Supports the administrative functions of the department.
- Works closely with multi-disciplinary team members.
- Support projects and programme development.
- Attends training and case work supervision.
- Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate to our clients and beneficiaries.
- Experience in means testing and healthcare setting is advantageous
- Location: Toa Payoh HDB Hub
- SGD 2,400 - SGD 3,460
