Under the regional Marketing team, based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager and working closely with HQ CRM teams (based in Paris) and the local teams, to implement efficient CRM action plans. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative digital projects. This is the perfect role for you to mark your stamp in the fastest growing Asia Pacific business

You will be playing a key role in spearheading CRM projects to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for CRM topics, in line with the company’s strategy and brand image. You will also have opportunities to champion digital projects. You will deliver reporting and communication to the HQ teams, while ensuring regular contact with local teams.
**Job Description** CRM**

**GUERLAIN & YOU LOYALTY PROGRAM**
- Manage the loyalty rewards catalogue and prepare brief to agencies for artwork changes. Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timeline.
- Manage inventory of Loyalty Gifts and ensure availability of gifts at stores.
- Update all other G&Y collaterals in a timely manner. Submit monthly CRM report to internal stakeholders for review.

**EMAIL CAMPAIGNS**
- Manage EDM calendar for tactical campaigns and new launches, including setting up of campaigns with mínimal changes.

**CLIENTELING/ TRADE**

**EVENTS**
- Conceptualise and execute planned activations to ensure client satisfaction and positive event ROI. Provide on-the-ground support for all clienteling events.
- Work closely with internal team to source vendors, manage logistics, timeline and other details (eg. Transporation and F&B).
- Lead event briefings for internal team and ground staff, ensuring close communication with all stakeholders leading up to events.
- Lead monthly deployment of upcoming month’s events at all stores.
- Submit post-event reports to internal stakeholders for review.

**TRADE**
- Work closely with internal team to source vendors, manage logistics, timeline and other details (eg. Transporation and F&B) to create successful client events.
- Ensure all store collaterals and price lists are updated in a timely manner.
- Submit post-launch reports to internal stakeholders for review.
- Provide monthly updates on competitor landscape.

**GENERAL MARKETING**
- Provide day-to-day marketing and operational support for the Singapore Marketing Team.

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATION**
- Available for a minimum of 6 months from start date.
- University student who is passionate for luxury beauty brand exposure and proud to be the ambassador of the brand to nurture Guerlain DNA, Heritage and be at the in-depth level of CRM and Trade Marketing.
- Possess strong project management, multitasking and execution skills.
- Displays good teamwork and a good learning attitude, ie. highly-motivated.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in tight deadlines.
- Good command of English is preferred.
