We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for an **CRM** Intern** to join our **Marketing Growth & Intelligence** Team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.

For this internship, we will require you to commit 5 working days per week for 6 months.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Set up, manage and collect data from newsletters and CRM campaigns
- Perform competitors research to identify new opportunities and best practices to adopt
- Support A/B tests to identify opportunities and cater to business needs

**What you need to succeed**:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Able to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend actionable next steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong cross-stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities while balancing short-term tasks and long-term initiatives.
